1. What does camera-ready mean?
Camera ready means that the document is ready to be printed. By submitting your design, you are confirming that your design is camera ready, and we will not be making any changes to the size, typography, or color in any way.
2. What if my design is not camera ready?
If you need assistance with regards to graphics, we have a pool of graphic designers ready to help you. However our design services require an additional cost.
3. What are the payment options?
You can pay using bank deposit, G-Cash, credit card, Smart Money, ATM or checks.

5. Do you accept files from Macintosh applications?
At the moment we only accept the following file formats: jpeg, psd, pdf, tiff, eps.
